A Choice of Three Heating Service Agreements:

In order to provide you with the opportunity to fit a plan to your needs we provide three heating service agreement options. Our goal is to help you select a service plan that best suits you, based on the age and condition of your heating equipment as well as your personal preference.

1. Our SureFire annual tune-up is a great starting point for any heating system in order to ensure your heating system’s performance and longevity. Coupled with a SureFire tune-up we can provide a 10% discount on all future repairs as an inexpensive option to have some comfort in knowing you have the reliability of emergency service in the case of an equipment failure.
2. F. F. Hitchcock’s ProWarmth Plan covers common equipment parts, priority service scheduling and a 10% discount on non-covered parts and labor. This plan is recommended for single zone warm air heating systems.
3. Our ProWarmthPlus Plan adds coverage for an extensive amount of major parts in a heating system. This plan is recommended for multiple zone warm air systems and boilers.

Air Conditioning Service Plan:

In order to provide you with the opportunity to fit a plan to your needs we provide three cooling service agreement options. Our goal is to help you select a service plan that best suits you, based on the age and condition of your heating equipment as well as your personal preference.

1. Our CoolStart annual tune-up is a great starting point for any air conditioning system in order to ensure your cooling system’s performance and longevity. Coupled with a CoolStart tune-up we can provide a 10% discount on all future repairs as an inexpensive option to have some comfort in knowing you have the reliability of emergency service in the case of an equipment failure.
2. F. F. Hitchcock’s ProProtect Plan includes a CoolStart tune-up as well as a 10% discount on Parts and Labor, and priority service scheduling. This plan is recommended for homeowners who want some protection without paying for parts coverage.
3. Our ProProtectPlus Plan adds coverage for an extensive amount of major parts in your air conditioning system as well as two free service calls. This plan is recommended for homeowners who want total peace of mind during the summer months.

TankSure Tank Protection:

The TankSure Program is a visual inspection and ultrasonic test of above ground residential fuel oil storage tanks. The test uses an EPA approved technology to determine the integrity of the tank. All tanks are designed to be durable and safe however like any part of your heating system they are susceptible to fail. As a TankSure Trained Service Provider we will conduct a test which only takes about ten minutes. This test is normally conducted during an annual tune-up of the heating system. Qualified tanks will be protected with at least $1,000.

Heating oil tanks typically corrode from the inside out. Your tank may look perfectly fine from the outside but it could be wearing excessively thin. The testing will allow trained home inspectors to give you a sense of security – or plenty of advance warning that a problem is on the horizon. At F. F. Hitchcock we care. 5. Ultrasonic Inspection:
   1. Trained service technicians use ultrasonic equipment to test the thickness of your tank
   2. Ultrasonic equipment (similar to those used in the medical profession) detects the level of corrosion occurring inside your tank
